HBQ-905 Multi-wire Splicing Machine is an intelligent manufacturing system for wire harness splicing processing, developed by Hacint and possessing independent intellectual property rights. It is primarily used in motor vehicles, communication equipment, IT equipment, household appliances, etc. This manufacturing system adopts a servo control system, which intelligently integrates functional mechanisms such as wire feeding, cutting, crimping, seal loading, splicing, heat - shrinkable tube feeding, heat - shrinkable tube sleeving, ultrasonic welding, heat - shrinkable tube centering, heat - shrinkable tube shrinking, qualified product collection, and defective product collection. The entire machine can achieve automatic operation from wire to product throughout the whole process.
